A motorcyclist who died in a collision with a van in Edmonton has been named.

Geary Wilson, aged 29, was killed when his bike was in collision with a van on 28th October.

Police had been called at around 2.05pm to reports of a collision involving the white Ford box van and blue motorbike in Meridian Way, close to the junction with Morson Road. Geary was declared dead at the scene.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police’s roads and transport policing command are investigating and last month issued an appeal for information. They would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or captured it on dash cam.

Anyone with information is asked to call the serious collision investigation unit on 020 8246 9820 or the police non-emergency number, 101, providing the reference 4097/28OCT.
