The event is being hosted by an international charity at Enfield Baptist Church

An international charity is hosting a free event in Enfield to provide help and advice on meningitis.
Meningitis Research Foundation works to “defeat meningitis wherever it exists” and supports individuals and families affected by the disease, as well as raising awareness to help people recognise the signs early and funding vital research to prevent future cases.
The charity is hosting a meningitis health and wellbeing event at Enfield Baptist Church on Saturday, 4th October, from 11am-3pm.
The event is free to attend and open to everyone, with “something for all ages”.
Activities include a first aid demo, blood pressure checks, vaccine advice, creative arts and crafts, accessible exercise sessions, games for all ages, inspiring short talks from guest speakers and free refreshments.
