The victim was attacked late at night but his injuries were said to be non life-threatening

A man has appeared in court after being charged in connection with a stabbing at Enfield Market earlier this month.
Ashrafur Rahman, aged 30 and of Exeter Road in Ponders End, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (10th) charged with attempted murder and possession of a bladed article.
Rahman was remanded in custody to next appear at the Old Bailey on 7th November.
The charge follows an incident in Market Place, Enfield Town, in the early hours of Saturday, 5th October.
A man, aged in his 20s, was found suffering a stab injury and was taken to hospital for treatment – but his condition was not life threatening.
