A man has been charged following a sexual assault in Crews Hill earlier this week.

Metropolitan Police officers investigating the attack at a business premises on Monday (21st) arrested a man at the scene.

He has now been charged with two counts of sexual assault and can be named as Engin Karaasln, aged 39 and of Dowsett Road, Tottenham.

Officers were called to the area at around 7pm following reports of a woman being sexually assaulted.

Karaasln appeared at Highbury Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (23rd). He will next appear at Wood Green Crown Court on Wednesday, 20th August.
