The Metropolitan Police has issued an appeal for information after a teenager was stabbed in a Palmers Green restaurant.

The incident happened shortly before 3pm yesterday (Tuesday), when emergency services were called to Green Lanes where a man had been stabbed.

Although the name of the restaurant where the stabbing took place has not been revealed, it’s understood to be just to the south of the triangle where Green Lanes meets Aldermans Hill.

Fortunately the victim’s injuries are not said to be life threatening.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “At around 2.50pm on Tuesday, 15th April police were called by the London Ambulance Service to reports of a man being stabbed in a restaurant on Green Lanes, N13.

“Officers attended the scene and one man, aged 19, was taken to hospital for stab wounds. His injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.

“No arrests have been made at this early stage and investigations remain ongoing.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote 4140/15APR25.
