The site will be open for twelve hours longer each week

Bush Hill Park Post Office reopened today (Monday 22nd) at a new location following the resignation of its long-serving postmaster last year.
The new site in St Marks Road, on the opposite side of Bush Hill Park Station to the previous post office, underwent a full refurbishment to incorporate a confectionery, soft drinks, stationery and cards store. There are two screened counters.
The new location will also be open for twelve hours extra each week, closing at 6pm on weekdays and 5.30pm on Saturdays, as well as an end to lunchtime closures.
Time restricted roadside parking is available nearby and there is a dedicated disabled parking bay. Access at the new location has a step at the entrance, however as part of the refurbishment works, a permanent ramp with a handrail and a wide door has been installed to improve access.
Zoe Hall, Post Office’s area change manager, said: “We are delighted that this great-looking new Post Office and shop has opened, which has allowed us to maintain Post Office service to this community.”
