Detectives are appealing for more information about the tragic incident on the A406 flyover in Edmonton on Thursday
Detectives are appealing for witnesses and footage following a fatal collision in Edmonton.
At around 2.15pm on Thursday (4th), police were called to a collision between a van and pedestrian on the A406 Angel Road (North Circular) flyover in Edmonton. Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 80s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have captured the collision on dash cam or other media devices, or witnessed it, to contact the witness appeal line on 020 8246 9820. Alternatively call 101 or post @MetCC reference CAD 4029/04Apr.
