Winchmore Hill tennis club hosts community open day

Vicars Moor LTC is inviting residents to join a range of free sessions during its open day in April

A Winchmore Hill tennis club is inviting people of all ages and abilities to join in the fun on its community open day next month.

On Saturday, 20th April from 1pm to 6pm, local residents are invited down to Vicars Moor Lawn Tennis Club to meet the coaches and try a range of free tennis sessions.

Former Great Britain Davis Cup pros will even be on hand to help novices during the afternoon and there will be a barbecue and bar open as well.

The sessions include ‘rusty rackets’ for new or returning players, juniors coaching, cardio tennis for all ages and standards, a fastest serve competition, walking tennis taster, and an exhibition from the former Davis Cup stars.

Vicars Moor was named Middlesex Club of the Year 2024.
