New Enfield volunteering website launches

The site enables local residents to easily search and apply for local volunteering opportunities online

Enfield Voluntary Action (EVA) has launched a new website to help connect local charities with residents looking for volunteering opportunities.

Volunteer Centre Enfield is designed to be a ‘one stop shop’ for volunteering opportunities in the borough and allows potential volunteers to search by categories, activities and locations to find the best role for them.

Enfield residents can now both search and apply for volunteering opportunities online, and local community or voluntary organisations are likewise able to list their vacancies using an online account.

Organisations that had previously advertised volunteering opportunities with EVA have been automatically added to the site.

Local groups that want to recruit volunteers in Enfield can contact Volunteer Centre Enfield manager Meera via email to get a password to be able to post their group’s latest opportunities online.
