A wild fundraising event is being planned to support local charities next month.

Woodcroft Wildspace is hosting its annual outdoor folk music festival event, Wildstock, on Sunday, 1st June. It will be in aid of Little Sparks Enfield, Cooking Champions and the charitable organisation which runs the educational green space in Winchmore Hill.

Starting at 1pm, Wildstock ’25 will be a family day with local folk music acts and refreshments provided by the award-winning Little Green Dragon micropub.

For those under twelve, entrance is free, with tickets otherwise costing £10 each.

Bob Ladell from Woodcroft Wildspace said: “Everyone is invited to come along and enjoy a laid-back afternoon enjoying the music and ambience of the wild space.

“We look forward to welcoming you and your friends and family to Wildstock ’25 – do come along.”

Woodcroft Wildspace is accessed via a footpath from Downes Court and is entirely run and funded by volunteers. Now in its 22nd year, the green space has matured into a tranquil haven for wildlife.
