Local residents are being invited to “take charge of their wellbeing” with a free community event in Edmonton Green next week.

My Health Matters is taking place on Tuesday, 9th September from 11am-3pm at Edmonton Green Library.

Organised to empower individuals with accessible health resources, My Health Matters brings together expert advice, on-site testing, and practical information—all under one roof.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics including nutrition, meditation, addiction support, physical activity, blood pressure monitoring and smoking cessation.

The event is about making health support local, approachable, and relevant. No registration is required, and all services are free of charge. Residents are encouraged to drop in, ask questions, and connect with professionals who can support their journey to better health.
