Live music showcase coming to Capel Manor this month

Sunday Summer Sets is described as “a perfect blend of live music, nature and family fun”

A unique summer event at Capel Manor Gardens will combine live music with nature.

Sunday Summer Sets offers a chance to enjoy performances from talented local artists spanning acoustic folk, rock and avant-garde sounds, alongside an upbeat DJ set between performances.

Visitors can also wander through the Bulls Cross venue’s beautiful gardens, navigate the maze and meet the friendly animals at the mini zoo. The event on Sunday, 16th August also coincides with the final day of the Enfield Art Circle exhibition, with entry included in the ticket price.

Acts performing include Enfield-based blues and folk band Jonny and the Grey Beards, local due That Blue Patch, singer-songwriter Susanna Paisio, and 80s/90s covers band Bazooka Joe.

The gardens are open from 10am and the live music runs from 3pm to 8pm. Tickets cost £10 for adults, £6 for children under 16.
