Police probe after teen boy stabbed

The 17-year-old victim’s condition is not said to be life threatening

Police are investigating after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in Enfield.

Officers were called at 7.24pm on Wednesday, 24th January, to Magpie Close.

The teenager was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital; his condition is not life-threatening or life-changing.

At this early stage there have been no arrests, but enquiries are ongoing. Anyone with information that could help should call 101 ref CAD 6525/24 Jan.

The incident follows another stabbing, in Southbury Road, last Saturday night. The 15-year-old victim of that incident remains in a serious condition in hospital.
