Live music performances will be hosted at the park’s bandstand on one Sunday each month through until September

Hilly Fields Park will again be hosting its free live music events this summer.
Organised by the Friends of Hilly Fields group, the events have proved popular in recent years with different acts taking to the park’s bandstand on one Sunday each month between June and September.
The first event is taking place on Sunday, 15th June, from 3pm onwards, and features the Tennessee Boogie Boys.
This will be followed with the Ukulele Ska Collective on 13th July, the Train Robbers Syndicate on 10th August, and Street22 on 7th September.
All events are free with attendees encouraged to bring their own chairs, food and drink to enjoy.
