Vintage car show returns to Capel Manor next month

The Bulls Cross venue best known for its beautiful gardens and exotic animals will instead be welcoming a range of vintage vehicles

A classic car exhibition will be coming to Capel Manor Gardens next month.

The Bulls Cross venue will be hosting its latest Classic and Vintage Car Show on Sunday, 6th September.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide range of over 500 “fabulous” cars, with some dating back to the 1920s.

As well as the cars, there will also be an “auto jumble” and trade stalls, hot food vendors, a drinks bar serving alcohol and chilled refreshments, cream teas for sale on the back lawn of the manor house, and ice creams and sweet treats.

Anyone who buys a ticket to the show will also be able to visit the other attractions on offer at Capel Manor, such as the mini zoo with exotic animals and 30 acres of landscaped gardens.

The event opens at 11.15am and last admission is at 2.30pm, with the gardens due to close at 5pm.

Anyone who owns a veteran, classic or vintage car manufactured prior to 1986 and would like to exhibit at the event is asked to purchase an exhibitor ticket.

Online pre-booked tickets for visitors cost £12 for adults and £6 for children under 15. Toddlers can enter for free. For more information:
