Young people, families and carers across Enfield are being invited to attend the event later this month

A free youth mental health and wellbeing festival is coming to Enfield later this month.
Young people, families and carers across Enfield are being invited to attend the event celebrating mental health, wellbeing and community connection this August.
The Summer Connect x Dugdale Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Festival will take place at Dugdale Arts Centre in Enfield Town on Friday, 21st August, from 12pm to 4pm.
Organised by the co-production team at North London NHS Foundation Trust’s Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services (CYPMHS), the event will bring together local organisations, community groups and support services to “help young people and families discover the support available in their area”.
Visitors will be able to take part in interactive wellbeing activities, arts and crafts workshops, and meet local organisations offering advice, information and support. Free refreshments will also be available throughout the day.
The festival has been developed with young people and aims to create a “welcoming space” where they can connect with others, learn more about looking after their mental wellbeing and find out about services and opportunities available locally.
The event is open to young people, parents, carers and families from across Enfield and North London.
