The We Can Conference is being hosted by local charity United Aims Foundation (UAF) at Capital City College

A half-day conference dedicated to “raising awareness, empowering survivors, and driving action against domestic violence” is being hosted in Enfield.
The We Can Conference is being hosted by local charity United Aims Foundation (UAF) at Capital City College in Hertford Road, Enfield Highway, on Monday, 29th September, from 10.30am-2.30pm.
Residents are invited to join UAF to connect with change-makers and community leaders, gain insights into solutions and resources for domestic violence, hear survivor stories and expert perspectives, and to “be part of a movement that empowers and protects”.
Speakers include UAF chair Nadia Khan, barrister Huma Price, Commonwealth Countries League chair Dr Chief Richmond MacGrey, and Painless Universal Limited founder Lady Anne Welsh.
The conference is aimed at social workers, educators, policymakers, and “anyone passionate about a violence-free society”.
